Minor home modifications make life easier for individuals to live more comfortably in their homes will mechanisms that improve mobility safety and encourage technology assistance.
Large home renovations include physical alterations to the home for the purpose of improving livability though safety associated with lighting, sound, air, mobility, safety, and more. These projects may require forgivable loans to ensure owner commitment.
We believe that encouraging our customers to do things themselves reduces enabling behaviors and facilitates community engagement. We work with our clients, family members, and community leaders to install small home upgrades.
To advance the industry's diversity we promote and facilitate workforce development efforts in the state of Arizona. CEDIA's accredited curriculum and training mentors provide underrepresented.
Our TDA, CEDIA, Modulus partners are eager to develop a High School Program in Arizona. We are currently working with AZ's Department of Labor to get the program designed, funded and implemented. Please visit our donation page and make a donation to help us advance this goal.
